It was a great day of hunting. We detected 3 older homes today, 2 homes were built in the 1940's and one home built around 1900. Found about 125 total coins and today must have been wheatie day because we found around 21 of them, the oldest being a 1919 wheatie we found at the home built in 1900. Also found there was the 1925 silver Mercury dime about 6 inches deep which made our day. The neatest find of the day however had to have been the silver ring which was found between the sidewalk and the street at one of the other homes and it was only about 2 inches deep.
21 Wheaties and a Silver day!
